HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE
24 oz fresh cranberries
Juice from two oranges (approx. 2/3 cup)
Grated zest from two oranges (approx. 3 Tbsp)
 
3/4 cup organic sugar
Pinch each of ground cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon


Add all in a large pot and mix thoroughly.

Heat until the mixture starts to boil, stirring frequently.

Lower heat and simmer for another 7-10 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.

Serve either warm, or refrigerate.
